The mission of Universal Techniques is to become a leading manufacturer and provider of natural, high quality BODY SUGARING PRODUCTS.
Elaine Shortell, the owner of Universal Techniques, looks to the future of natural products in the beauty business. Elaine has an extensive background in hair removal services. She originally studied certification courses in body sugaring in the United Kingdom, and she is certified as both a practitioner and a trainer in body sugaring. She has been offering sugaring hair removal service to her clients since 1988.

Elaine formed Universal Techniques in 1996 to develop a more natural and satisfying sugaring system to better suit the needs of her clients and to offer an environmentally safe product. Elaine believes 100 percent in her product and is proud to offer the Universal Technique sugaring system to other Professionals in the hair removal business.
